Glen Lerner has successfully built a national reputation and name for himself by taking an active role in turning a solo law practice into a national powerhouse in just under three decades.
Both Glen and his partner, Kevin Rowe, take on different roles in managing their large 400-employee business, with Glen primarily focusing on growth and relationship opportunities across the country.
Today, Lerner and Rowe ranks as one of the largest volume firms in the country, representing an average of 20,000 people per year in single event accident cases and another 5,000-10,000 per year in social security, bankruptcy, criminal defense, and mass tort cases. The firm also has an extensive track record of successfully handling large cases, with well over 100 settlements and verdicts in excess of $1M.
As Lerner and Rowe has grown in prominence and reputation, numerous law firms around the country have approached Glen and his business partners for insight and help in adopting their growth model.
These valuable connections have since turned into long-lasting relationships, with Glen becoming intimately involved in helping a number of smaller firms realize their goals. One of the most beneficial and rewarding outcomes of these goals is the rise of each small firm to a major contender within their local market.
